Our Trip Planning Process

Step 1: The Inspiration

First, we want to get to know your clients. What thrills them? What warms their hearts? Then we’ll define a few parameters like who’s traveling, when they’d like to go and the budget in mind. Together we’ll brainstorm ideas for the trip of your clients dreams.

Step 2: The Logistics

After an inspiring meeting between you and your clients, we’ll put together the framework for an adventure we know your clients will love. That means we’ll do all the legwork for you – make the calls, check availability, sort out the transfers, and put together an initial estimated cost. Choose from a digital, PDF, or printed itinerary to show your clients the places they’ll be visiting, where they’ll stay, and what they’ll experience day-to-day.

Step 3: The Fine-tuning

We’d love to know what your clients thought about the itinerary – what delighted them and what didn’t impress them as much. Whatever the case, we’ll work with you to sort out all the puzzle pieces and ensure your client is absolutely thrilled with the end result. Nothing is final until you give us the green light.

Step 4: The Confirmation

Once your client is smiling from ear-to-ear and ready to sign on the dotted line, we’ll send you a booking form and collect a confirmation deposit, which varies according to where they’re going. Once we have everything squared away, we’ll provide your client with all the resources needed to help them prepare for the trip.

Step 5: 24/7 Support

As your client’s trip draws near, a few thoughts or concerns might pop up and we’re always available to help you sort through them. We’ll provide recommendations on everything from what to wear on safari to where to find some of the rarest wines in the world. Our phone lines are open to you around the clock. If something doesn’t go quite right, give us a call and we’ll resolve it immediately.

Step 6: Tell Us About It

Your clients have arrived home safely, and they can’t wait to tell you all about their trip. If you don’t mind, we’d love to hear about it too!
