A glorious resort town situated on Morocco’s coastline, Agadir has long been the secret of the European well to do. But, the secret is out, and now Agadir’s numerous highlights are known among travelers throughout the world. This fact, however, makes such delights no less enticing.
Wander the narrow strip of tarmac running the sands of the beach, where boutiques sell colorful wares and restaurants flavor the streets with aromatic scents, or head north to the marina where the enchanting Kasbah walls are just a walk away. For a more secluded Agadir experience, retreat to the southeast, or forgo the coastal center all together in lieu of the wondrous gems of Souss Massa Bird Estuary and Taroudant that wait just outside the city.
