Welcome to this small, classic, intimate, luxury tented bush camp completely unfenced, accommodating a maximum of twelve guests. Guests to Kicheche Bush Camp are hosted by the inimitable Andy and Sonja Webb. Game drives are conducted in open-sided and open roofed customized 4WD Land Cruiser vehicles, shared with other guests. Exclusive use of a vehicle is available at a supplementary charge on request.
The camp holds six spacious, fully insect-proof custom designed tents, equipped with twin or double beds, linen, bedside tables, luggage racks and rugs. Bathrooms are en-suite and are equipped with a dresser, flushing toilet and a traditional safari bucket shower with a view. There are comfortable chairs on each verandah overlooking the plains. One tent can be converted into a triple on request. Each tent has its own 24 hour solar lighting system. A radio call is fitted in each tent for security. A large open sided dining tent overlooking the plains also hosts a relaxing lounge area with a selection of reference books curio shop selling mostly the work of local Maasai staff members.
All meals and drinks are inclusive and most meals are taken alfresco, beneath the shade of the acacia trees or underneath the stars or in our dining tent. We have a fully stocked bar with a range of wines. Drinks are included with the meals. Picnic breakfasts and lunches are also available on game driving excursions. Dinner is served by candle light either under the stars or in the dining tent. End the evening with a nightcap by the fire before retiring of to bed.
